We have access to all homes that have had a Notice of Default or Notice of Trustee Sale recorded against them. Please note, the vast majority of these homes are not currently on the market, however they are homes that may end up being listed as a distress sale or, if the foreclosure process completes, as a REO listing.
Pre-foreclosure – A Notice of Default has been recorded against the property indicating that the owner has stopped making their loan payments.
Auction – A Notice of Trustee Sale has been recorded against the property indicating that a date has been set to sell the property through the Trustee Sale process.
Bank Owned – The foreclosure process has been completed and the property ownership has been transferred to the bank who initiated the foreclosure or sold to a third party at the Trustee Sale. These homes are either already active on the market or will likely be on the market in the short to medium term.
