An analyst at heart I love to drill into the stats, analyzing buyer patterns, market shifts and competitive trends. I use this information to help price homes appropriately and help my clients make informed decisions about how best to proceed in the sale of their home.
A native Scot and naturalized American, I’ve been living in the Bay Area since 1996 and selling real estate here since 2003. I’ve seen the boom and the bust of real estate (and of the dot coms but that’s another story) and LOVE every aspect of this business. The industry has seen immense and unprecedented changes in the past two decades in the areas of prosperity, regulation and technology. Though it’s been painful at times, I think we have an exciting future ahead and look forward to being at the forefront of change providing both innovative and exceptional services and tools to ensure success for my clients in whatever climate lies ahead.
